Will my privilege card allow me to get on base at anytime to work a civilian job?

If you are out of the military, you shouldn't have an ID anymore. If you didn't turn it in, do it now. You are fraudulently using a military ID and that's a punishable offense. The base guards aren't going to stop you unless it is expired. Do the right thing. If you have been offered a job on-base, the employer will gve you proper ID.
