U.S should make a car friendly enviromental?

like i had a huge thought of what should they make like make a car that uses solar energy when its daylight then when its about to turn to day-night the car automatically switches to battery and the battery will last all night then when it turns to solar energy again the battery will be charged while ur driving and using solar power! if it doesnt make sense ho well lol im just try to say something
